Jatashankar is located in a deep ravine ( 200-300 mtrs ) with enormous boulders perched above. The cave contains stalagmites which are revered as naturally formed lingams.
Handi Khoh named after a English man who fell to his death - A 300 ft high precipice, which dramatically cuts down deep into the earth below. This is a lonely place where water flows far below with an incessant murmuring sound, overhanging crags shelter huge, undisturbed beehives to the sheer rock face.
Priyadarshini Point, Erstwhile Forsyth Point named after the british captain who discovered Pachmarhi in 1857, get a birds eye view of Pachmarhi
Bada Mahadeo is a 60 ft long cave with shrined of Lord Vishnu, Lord Brahma , Lord Ganesha . The water drops unintrepted from the cave and collects to form a natural pool. A beautiful spot to explore.
Begum Palace, For those interested in ruins , this palace was abandoned by the Rani of Narsinghgarh and was later vandalised by the locals in search of hidden treasure. This place is now baren and makes for a eerie experience.
Pandav Gufa, The archaeological evidences claim that the caves where constructed by Buddhist monks during the 1st century as they used them as a place of refuge. But, the myth of Pandavas is more popular among locals. It is a must visit for anyone who goes to Pachmarhi. The Pandava Caves are beautifully carved natural caves.
