Welcome to Kerala!
Your homestay in Alleppey is a traditional backwater homestay on the banks of the Pampa river. Lush green paddy fields cover the expanse of the backyard.
Shikaras are traditional wooden boats roofed with bamboo sheets, perfect for cruising down the backwaters of Kerala. Enjoy a lovely ride right in the middle of nature.
Upon your arrival in Cochin, we set off on a scenic drive along the coastline, to Alleppey. On arrival, we check into our homestay and rest a while.
After a delicious, traditional lunch prepared with the freshest of produce, catch a few z's after which we leave for a peaceful Shikara ride on the backwaters.

We visit some of the best that Alleppey has to offer. Sunshine and nature are in the offing, not to mention some interaction with the locals.
Today we get all touristy as we go on a sightseeing trip across Alleppey.
Some of the spots we visit include - the Alappuzha Zakariya Market, Alappuzha, Pozhiyoram beach, and the largest man made island in India -Willingdon.

Enjoy a serene 2 hour boat ride along the Periyar river as you crane your neck to spot different flora and fauna on the banks of the river. If you're luck, you might even spot some elephants!
Pack up for an exciting day ahead. We leave for Munnar, but make a pit stop enroute at Thekkady to visit the Periyar Forest Reserve. We embark on a boat safari along the Periyar river to spot some interesting wildlife and birds.
Another exciting activity in store for us is visit to nature lovers' abode, Pandikuzhi, an scenic picnic spot with rolling, mist covered hillocks and gushing streams, the perfect spot for a picnic right in the lap of nature.
We then continue our journey to Munnar where we spend the night in a lovely resort amidst breath-taking tea plantations.

Enjoy a walk through the tea garden or share some laughter over board games with your loved ones. You can also venture on some light trekking through the landscape or even tr your hand at rock climbing!
The places of interest in and around Munnar include Matupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, Eravikulan National Park and the tea factory.
Take your pick. The day is at yours to shape!
Wake up amidst the gorgeous tea gardens of Munnar. Today, you can spend a more laid-back day in the resort with some indoor activities, or for the outdoor enthusiast, the day offers a visit to a number of interesting places in the vicinity.

This is the last day of your trip.
If you reach Cochin ahead of time, feel free to explore this vibrant coastal city and get in some last-minute shopping.
We look forward to having you with us again!
After breakfast, we begin our drive back to Cochin.
If time permits enroute, we can make a pit stop at the Lakkam and Attukal waterfalls located along the highway in proximity of each other.
Upon reaching Cochin, you can get in some sightseeing and shopping, provided you have time on your hands. You will be dropped off at the airport/station for your onward journey.
