About This Property

Villa Max 10 guests

This charming L-shaped Portuguese villa is tucked away in a quiet alley in Assagaon. A foyer leads into a passageway lined with arched windows which open up into a verandah poolside, and doors leading into bedrooms on the other side.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and houses four ensuite bedrooms, an ample living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa also comes with private sitouts, a garden, and a lovely private pool with a gazebo.

The villa is fully furnished with antique decor sourced from palaces and mansions across India and Europe. The walls are made of locally procured laterite stones to suit the weather, and the flooring is unique and custom designed.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms in all, three of which can be found along the passage downstairs, while the fourth lies up a flight of hand-cut stone stairs. One bedroom is furnished with an antique cast iron bed and beige and white flooring. Another has twin beds and beige square tiles lining the floor. The last on the ground floor is the master bedroom which is decorated with rustic furniture and distressed white wooden flooring. The fourth bedroom which lies upstairs opens into an antique balcony with a private sit out and antique railings, which overlooks the pool. All the four bedrooms have been decorated in warm hues, with pops of colour from cushions and paintings livening the place up.

Living area

The living cum dining area features a double-height ceiling and beige, patterned flooring. One side of the room has a cozy sofa set facing a flat screen TV, while the other has a charming, wooden, 8 seater dining table.
