Incase of Travel Ban or Government lockdown,
- lf your booking date is within a period of 30 days, You shall be presented with a credit note of your advance amount paid, which can be redeemed at any point within 1 year (excluding long weekends, peak dates and public holidays).
- lf the booking dates are over the 30 day period. a refund of your advance shall be initiated. The refund shall be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

In Case of Cancellation
- 30 Days before Check-in Date complete refund of the advance paid
- 15 Days before Check-in Date 50% of the advance paid will be refunded

- There is a menu at the villa for ala- carte orders for lunch and dinner
- Alternately one can hire a private chef for INR 3,500/- per day
- Pet are allowed with additional cleaning charges
- No Loud music after 10 PM
- Only designated guests will be allowed to stay in the villa
- House keeping is done between 10 Am - 5 Pm everyday
- Refundable ( at check out ) Security deposit of 20k to be deposited for any breakage during stay
